The state flower for Kansas is the
Sunflower
I did a little research about them.
Reminds me of the report I did on coffee from South America back in 5th grade!

I may of been through a small area of Kansas at one time in my life.
In 1971 the main sales territory for sunflowers were:
Kansas
Texas
Oklahoma
Colorado
Missouri
South Dakota
Nebraska

The florets in spirals draw my attention every time.
Colors, shades, forms...

Do you think the Kansas bloggers will give me a lesson on the flower that I adore?
Something else you must know about me.

I break for sunflowers, if it is safe and possible to do so.

  3. That is a beautiful Sunflower. The colors here are spectacular. I am sure they would give you a lesson. Perhaps they would also ask to have this photo of their state flower that you've captured so well.
