Tulip Tree

These beautiful plants that look like large bushes and small trees are blooming all around our area.
They come in this white like this one, and in a luscious pink.

This particular one is across the street in a backyard that backs up to the green.

The house has been on the market for over a year.
What they call a turn around.
Two women real estate agents bought it, and gave it a huge make over.
Many people have looked at it.
It has a specular view.

The good news is we think it is sold.
I hope so for the people buying it, and that the poor house should have someone enjoying it.
I went over today while no one was around doing inspections to take these photos.
I did tamper a bit with the last photo.

they are all wonderful shots, but my favorite is the tampered one, like black and white photo with a touch of pink on the flower. great tampering skills
