Good Morning

Seems like a good morning to me.
Sunsets and sunrises are not easy for me to grasp.
Turbulent evening with high wind and some rain.
Woke up way too early for a California girlie.
The sunrise was my gift.

MY BIGGEST GIFT?

Was seeing the Mountain Bluebird in real life!!
I do not have these at my home.
What a treat this was for me, they were all over the place.
Their vibrant blue color takes my breath away.
I do have a few female photos to post too.

Will try to post again when Internet allows.
Blogger followers and friends, I have not forgot about you.
On the road again.

That sunrise must have been worth getting up early for - it's breathtaking. And that wee blue bird is just lovely. Good pictures.

Hi Janie
I'm loving your sunrise photo with the kissing trees is spectacular. I'm not an early riser myself, so when I do manage to catch the skies at that hour I feel blessed. I know you were. I was recently told that there is actually no blue colored feather on a bird, it is merely the way the light is refracted. I audibly poo-pooed that, much to the instructor's chagrin (it was involuntary, I swear) and since have tried to research his premise on the net. this jury is still out...
I would be filled at wonder to witness a bevy of Mountain Bluebirds. and you captured on a red hydrant! how cool is that? thanks for sharing your awesome. be safe on that road.

Oh your bluebird is lovely especially on the red thing. I too don't see very many sunrises. Just not a morning person. Those sunrises make me wish I was one.
