May 2011
Chico, California

There is a stunning Farmer's Market in Chico, California I visited recently.
Food, jewelry, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and everything in between.
These flowers caught my eye.
I must admit I did not have my Nikon with me at the market.
Photograph was taken with my iphone...

Today I was thinking it doesn't really matter it has rained here where I live for a week or more.
Or that it is cold outside and the wind is blowing hard.
It could be a whole lot worse.
June is like no other June I have ever had in this area.
I am not one to get bored if I am cooped up inside the house.
Next week should be better.

What a blinding burst of color when your image opened up on my screen. Beautiful. Just what I needed to see on this cloudy wet day. Thank you!

Thank you blogger friends! You made my day again. Felt the screen needed color. Must admitt that I took this photo with my IPHONE, not my Nikon. Maybe they will brighten up the days until the sun is out. Am I whining or what?

Lovely photo. Weather -- I agree with you. Same thing here, cold, cold and windy and even a little rain here in the Tehachapi mountains of California.
