oh my goodness! the hummingbird and quail are EXTRAORDINARY shots!! I immediately wanted to draw them but knew I'd never do them justice! GORGEOUS!!! I'm SO in awe of that hummingbird!!!
Nice pics. Gorgeous colored birds!
Wow, these are all amazing shots. I so enjoy your photography. Happy Easter Janie. :)
You have some beautiful friends.
Texwisgirl: I would be honored if you wanted to draw the hummingbird! I KNOW you will do it great justice, because I have seen your bird drawings and they are INCREDIABLE!Thanks Gerry, Diane, and Randy, your comments made my day again.
California Quail, wow is she a real lady or what, ready for royal weddings:)Rhododendrons are very winter hardy but when you are dropping snow straight on to it from roof it didn't like it so much. I love those plants cause they are evergreens:) When everything is brow rhodo just glows the green color.
The top bird is as if a jeweled version and the woodpecker is wonderfully characterful.Happy Easter.Lucy
the details on these birds are amazing to me, i did not know how colorful the hummingbirds are. i like all of them, but the last one is my favorite today, i got a big smile on my face at that little yellow bird hanging upside down
All I can say is Wow! You must have one heckuva lens. Just awesome shots. So colorful!
The hummingbird photo is incredible. As is your header photo. Thanks for deciding to follow and I return the favor. Since I rarely get up to Sonoma, your blog will keep me in touch with your neck of the woods.
