More Snow

The actual women who did all the shoveling were
Kate, next to her vehicle, and Annie to the right with shovel in hand.
They were the bones of the matter.
Two shovels, three women.
It was suggested I should collect "data" and "photos".
They worked together as a great team.
Annie originally from New York had memories of being outside in a lot of cold.
The cabin belongs to Kate, she had experience all right.
She was soon to let us know this was the most snow ever at the cabin!
Kate and Annie are neighbors in the real world.
It is always mystifying to me how people meet each other.
I am a firm believer that people meet because they were suppose to.
I am grateful...

It appears to be an illusion.
The trees were not bending, and I didn't take the photo crooked.
I adored this view from the cabin.

Murphy, California
The cabin was several miles from this little quaint town.
The celebration here was "Gold Rush Days".
This was the day after as we cruised down the main street to head for home.

I have other photos that I want to post from this weekend.
One reader's comment from Sandy witterings stated,
"I certainly wouldn't have expected snow in California, but a bit of altitude can make a fair old difference to the temperature.

To be continued...

Yup, that's a LOT of snow... :) I agree with you that folks meet because of some connection, some relationship or sharing that needs to take place between them. :)

Wow, this is a LOT of snow Janie.
Here snow is melting, ant it's began to look like spring. I look forward to this every year, and the older I become, less I like winter.
It seems like you've had a great time with your friends, and I believe in the same as you Janie, some people it's ment to meet.
Wish you a nice day.
Greetings from,
Berit.

Yeah support from people who DO live in the cold snow parts of the world! THANK YOU FELLOW BLOGGERS!

The two "meant to be friends" live north of me near San Francisco area. This is about a hour and a half from my home in Sonoma, California.

Definitely a lot of snow! But the views and the story behind the snow-shoveling are great.
