This is theme art located in in my front yard.
Fall and Winter decorations that evolved.
They sit on top of a very large rock.
Last year it was a pumpkin and the wreath added in December.
This year a lizard appeared on top.
Me, myself and I admire old buildings, and barns, sheds.
This is located about five miles from my home in Kenwood, California.
I have driven by it many times, and since today the rain stopped,
I decided to stop too.
I almost added flowers with color, but decided to get away from that idea.
I think it would make a great children's play or club house.
I think a giant sunflower should be on the top.
Maybe I will move in!
Saint Francis Winery
This place is absolutely lovely with the vineyards all around it.
The photo I took does not do it justice.
I could walk to this winery if I wanted to.
Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter it always has beautiful colors.
Perhaps I will be stopping in soon for a taste.
Sounds like a good rainy day project...
The vineyards are pretty desolate and look so lost.
I still find them beautiful without the grapes and vines.
We have had a lot of recent rain and the grass below it is vivid green.
The vineyard workers really do work hard.
I hope they are taking a break.
Where would people be without great wine to taste?

Great photos! I love a glass of wine and hope to tour some of the vineyards in California some day soon. What is the building (2nd photo) used for? It does look like a giant playhouse!
Great shots. Sometimes I miss California, especially when it's been raining up here for months on end. The black and white building may be a drying shed - we have quite a few similar buildings in rural Oregon.
Lucky you for living in such a beautiful area. The vineyard photo is really pretty.
Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment. Oakland is way more than the headlines you read. Hope you'll visit again.
I was surprised to see the black & white photo as you rarely go that way with your pictures. Like it. A great set of pictures overall. Nice to see you set aside some camera time in your busy daily activities.
SouthernSass:
I don't know what it was used for but Danny below thinks a drying shed. Right now it is empty and I think a beauty to see along the roadside.
Danny:
You must have more rain up there too! Thanks Danny.
Oakland Daily:
You should tour the country side, spring and summer is best of course.

Sometimes it is hard to take that time. But once I am out I don't want to stop. I am beginning to appreciate black and whites more. Maybe the season? Check back you will see more soon.
Your images of the winery are beautiful! And your fall/holiday pumpkin decoration made me laugh. That's quite an eclectic grouping you have there. Now if you can squeeze a heart for Valentine's and a bunny for Easter, you may never need to decorate again! Have a good weekend.
What a delightful photo the top one is.
